Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Madeline’s flowers which has led me to take my business elsewhere. Back in June I placed an order for a bouquet of just white peonies and red roses (no greenery), the total came out to be $92, and I scheduled the pickup for August 1st for when I was going to propose to my girlfriend. I placed my order early to make sure they had plenty of time to order what they needed. Two weeks prior to the proposal I called and they had no record of my purchase. They blamed it on a new employee but added my order to the system. The week of the proposal I get a text message telling me they didn’t receive any white peonies and that I would need to switch to white roses. I called and after complaining about the entire process they told me they would attempt another supplier and up my order to over $100 value. When I picked up my order on Saturday, the “added value” was a vase and greenery with fewer peonies and roses than what I wanted. The entirety of the process was unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Highly recommend Madeline’s flower shop. I spoke with Mandy over the phone. She was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. They were so kind to allow me to pick up my flowers at 8:30, instead of waiting until 9 opening. That was a tremendous help for me, since I had to get these over somewhere before 10. Thanks again, for the outstanding service.

Made an impromptu stop here to get a same day bouquet as a gift. The store had quite a few same day options ready and they kindly refreshed a few roses as they had gotten some more in that day. Very kind staff and beautiful shop!

Madeline’s Flower Shop did my bridal bouquet and it was absolutely perfect. Every single detail was just SPOT ON. EVERY single time I went into their shop it was quick and easy. Even when I went into buy my bridal bouquet, I was out in like 5 minutes or less. I said “I want this” showed a picture, they were like “okay, when are you getting married?” Told them when and then boom, done. (There were some logistics obviously) “how big do you want it? Do you want to change anything?” I also went there for baby’s breath because I made my bridesmaids bouquets, every time I went in they were so quick and so sweet! Had my bouquet ready morning of and it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! (Pinterest photo of what I wanted vs what I got) only difference is I wanted a white satin ribbon instead and obviously that’s what I got. *picture added to show what I did with the baby’s breath/bridesmaid bouquets*

The most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever received! This exceeded my expectations- usually when you get a flower arrangement it’s sparse, but this arrangement if full of beautiful PINK flowers! When they were delivered the driver even wished me a happy birthday! I am very impressed with Madeline’s Flower shop and Greenhouse!
